الكافرون

قُلْ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ ١

Qul yāayyuhā l-kāfirūna

Say [Prophet], ‘Disbelievers:

لَآ أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ ٢

Lā aʿbudu mā taʿbudūna

I do not worship what you worship,

وَلَآ أَنتُمْ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعْبُدُ ٣

Walā antum ʿābidūna mā aʿbudu

You do not worship what I worship,

وَلَآ أَنَا۠ عَابِدٌ مَّا عَبَدتُّمْ ٤

Walā anā ʿābidun mā ʿabadttum

I will never worship what you worship,

وَلَآ أَنتُمْ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعْبُدُ ٥

Walā antum ʿābidūna mā aʿbudu

You will never worship what I worship:

لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِىَ دِينِ ٦

Lakum dīnukum waliya dīni

You have your religion and I have mine.’
